Our Story

We LOVE being outdoors and want to share our love and experiences with others so we dreamed of offering a retreat where people could come to connect with nature, find healing and peace, and discover their own adventurous self. We romanticize that we have a lineage of nomadic ancestors and that cellular memory of travelling according to the season or food resources still resonates in our passion for exploration today. 

Mandy recently retired as a Chief serving in USCGC HEALY (WAGB-20), currently the largest Coast Guard cutter and one of only three US Icebreakers.

Carey, a former environmental scientist first responder with more than 25 years of guiding others through yoga and wellness practices, also coordinates Art Departments in the Film & TV Industry.

We invite you to explore our land which we share with our daughters and discover your own adventure.
